Call for Papers

ICAD 2025 invites submissions of original research papers and will include oral and poster sessions, a student paper contest, tutorials given by experts in AI topics and special sessions. This new conference will emphasize the applications of AI and key AI verticals that impact technology applications and innovations. The conference aims to provide an experience that prepares you to learn about new research and breakthroughs in AI, gain valuable insights, grow your network and get inspired by the brightest minds working in the multi-faceted field.

Submission Guidelines:

Paper submission is due February 6, 2025

All paper submissions must be in IEEE dual-column format and must be 6 pages (minimum) to 8 pages (maximum) in length including figures, tables & references and must be submitted in PDF format via the Conference Management Tool. The paper must comply with the following specifications:

  • Paper size of US Letter (8.5” x 11”) or A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)

  • Figures can be in color or grayscale

  • All fonts embedded within the PDF file

  • Maximum size of 10.0 MB

  • No page numbers

  • No application of security settings

Submission Method: All papers must be submitted online via the Microsoft Conference Mangement Tool (CMT). Please see the Submission Guidelines!

Notification of Acceptance: March 6, 2025

Publication-Ready Submission Deadline: March 20, 2025
