All attendees must wear badges to access conference programs. 

Parking: Commonwealth Ave Garage, 40 St Thomas More Rd, Chestnut Hill, MA

MBTA:  Boston College Station – The direct terminal for the Green Line B branch. It is a very short 1- to 5-minute walk right to the Commonwealth Ave side of campus (near St. Ignatius Square)

Rideshare: We recommend using “140 Beacon Street” as the address for Uber/Lyft

If you are bringing larger presentation materials and need to drop them off, you can park temporarily by “McElroy Hall” and drop off your items at Stokes Hall next door. Please do this only if absolutely necessary and move your car as quickly as possible to a legal parking place. 

Refreshments and snacks will be served at breaks.

Sandwiches, salad, desserts and drinks will be provided during the lunch break.
