Submission Guidelines:

Submitting authors will have the option to submit to either the Oral Session or the Poster Session.  Please see the appropriate guidelines for each.

FOR THE ORAL SESSION

All submissions to the oral session must be full papers in IEEE dual-column format, and must comply with the following specifications:

  • Paper format is PDF

  • Paper length must be 6 pages (minimum) to 8 pages (maximum) including figures, tables & references

  • Page size of US Letter (8.5” x 11”) or A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)

  • Figures can be in color or grayscale

  • All fonts embedded within the PDF file

  • Maximum size of 10.0 MB

  • No page numbers

  • No application of security settings

Templates for full paper submissions are available on the IEEE website HERE.

Submission Method

All authors must submit through the Microsoft Conference Management Tool* (MS CMT) at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICAD2026/

Submission deadline: January 15, 2026

Note: Authors of accepted papers for the Oral Session may purchase additional pages for their final paper at a rate of $50 USD per page.  Instructions for doing so will be sent with acceptance notifications.

FOR THE POSTER SESSION

All submissions to the poster session must be a one- to two-page summary of your work.  The two-page maximum is to include all references and the submission must be in PDF format.

Summaries should include a concise description of the idea, the results or findings, supporting imagery and figures, and a discussion of the implications of the work to the selected domain. Full literature searches are not expected, although relevant citations should be included.

Submission Method
All authors must submit through the Microsoft Conference Management Tool* (MS CMT) at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICAD2026/

Submission deadline: January 15, 2026

The poster design itself does not need to be submitted with the summary on the initial submission deadline. Instead, authors whose poster summaries are accepted will be asked to submit their poster as a PDF at the camera-ready deadline. Authors of accepted posters will also need to bring a physical printed copy of their poster to display at the poster session.  Full instructions on preparing your poster will be send with acceptance notifications.

Note: Posters are non-archival, and the 1- to 2-page summaries will not be included in the conference proceedings.
